Our plywood production lines in Vietnam are equipped with modern and high-efficiency machinery to ensure consistent quality, precise thickness, and strong bonding performance in every sheet. The entire production process is closely controlled from raw material preparation to final inspection.

We operate fully integrated production systems, allowing us to produce plywood, film-faced plywood, furniture panels, and customized boards according to international standards such as EN, CE

Main Machine System Includes:

• Log Peeling Machine: For rotary cutting logs into veneer with uniform thickness.
• Veneer Dryer: Multi-layer roller dryer for fast and even moisture reduction.
• Glue Spreader & Composer: Ensures accurate glue coating and veneer jointing.
• Cold Press & Hot Press Machine: Provides stable bonding strength and flat surface.
• Cutting & Trimming Saw: For accurate sizing and smooth edges.
• Sanding Line: Calibrates panel thickness and improves surface smoothness.
• Film Laminating Machine (for film-faced plywood): Uniform film pressing with heat and pressure control.
• CNC Cutting & Painting System: For customized cutting and surface finishing according to customer’s drawings.
