Sheet by sheet QC process
At our plywood factory, quality control is the top priority in every stage of production. We follow a strict QC system to ensure that every sheet of plywood meets international standards for strength, bonding, thickness, and surface quality before shipment.
Our experienced QC team monitors the entire process — from raw material selection to final packing — to guarantee consistency, durability, and customer satisfaction.
- Raw Material Inspection
Check log species, diameter, and moisture content before peeling.
Only selected high-grade veneers are used for production.
- Veneer Drying & Sorting
- Control veneer moisture content within 8–12% to prevent delamination.
- Sort veneers by thickness and surface appearance.
- Glue Preparation & Spreading
- Mix adhesive according to formula for each plywood type (MR, WBP, Melamine, etc.).
- Inspect glue uniformity and spread amount before pressing.
- Pressing Process (Cold & Hot Press)
- Control temperature, pressure, and time to ensure stable bonding strength.
- Conduct random bond testing according to EN 314-2 standards.
- Trimming & Sanding Inspection
- Check panel size tolerance, thickness calibration, and surface smoothness.
- Reject panels with cracks, overlaps, or uneven surfaces.
- Final Inspection & Packing
- Inspect 100% of panels for surface quality, labeling, and packing condition.
- Conduct final moisture and bonding strength tests before shipment.
Testing Standards: All QC procedures follow EN 314, EN 636 requirements to ensure long-lasting performance and environmental safety. Our commitment to strict quality control helps us deliver reliable plywood products trusted by global customers in construction, furniture, and industrial applications
